Mind Lab Pro discloses an exact milligram dose for all 11 of its "nootropics" — no proprietary blend, no ingredient hidden behind a total weight. Cognitive Support lists 10 active ingredients — two disclosed individually by name and dose (Niacin, Vitamin B6), and eight more (GABA, L-Tyrosine, Caffeine, Bacopa monnieri, Phosphatidylserine, Alpha GPC, L-Theanine, Huperzine A) folded into a 255mg proprietary blend — so as of today, none of those eight blended actives carry a published individual milligram dose. So the honest, label-to-label answer is: on the specific question of "what's actually printed on the bottle," Mind Lab Pro is currently the more fully disclosed product — its label carries no proprietary blend at all, where eight of Cognitive Support's ten ingredients sit inside one. This isn't the usual "we disclose, they don't" story — Mind Lab Pro is one of the better-dosed, better-labeled products in the nootropic-capsule category, and it deserves credit for that. Where the two products share a blend ingredient — Bacopa monnieri, phosphatidylserine, L-theanine — Mind Lab Pro states a number and Cognitive Support doesn't, by design of the blend. Vitamin B6 also appears on both labels, but as an individually-dosed ingredient on Cognitive Support's label rather than part of the blend. Where Cognitive Support includes blend actives Mind Lab Pro doesn't (Alpha GPC, caffeine, Huperzine A, GABA), those are undosed individually too, for the same reason. Below is the full ingredient list from both, side by side, with nothing rounded up or left out.

What Mind Lab Pro actually discloses
Mind Lab Pro (made by Opti-Nutra) ships 2 capsules per serving, 30 servings per bottle, at $69 one-time or $51.75/month on subscription. Every one of its 11 listed nootropics carries a stated milligram (or microgram) amount on the current product page — no blend, no umbrella ingredient group:
| Ingredient | Disclosed dose |
|---|---|
| Citicoline (as Cognizin®) | 250 mg |
| Organic Lion's Mane Mushroom | 500 mg |
| Bacopa monnieri (24% bacosides) | 150 mg |
| N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine | 175 mg |
| Phosphatidylserine (sunflower) | 100 mg |
| L-Theanine | 100 mg |
| Maritime Pine Bark Extract (95% proanthocyanidins) | 75 mg |
| Rhodiola Rosea (3% rosavins, 1% salidrosides) | 50 mg |
| Vitamin B6 (NutriGenesis®) | 2.5 mg |
| Vitamin B9 / folate (NutriGenesis®) | 100 mcg |
| Vitamin B12 (NutriGenesis®) | 7.5 mcg |
No blend name appears anywhere on that list. Each ingredient is its own line, with its own number. That's a genuinely well-disclosed label, and it's worth saying so plainly rather than pretending otherwise for the sake of a cleaner competitive story.
Where Cognitive Support stands today, honestly
Cognitive Support ships 1 capsule per day, 30 capsules per bottle. It lists 10 active ingredients: 2 (Niacin, Vitamin B6) are dosed and labeled individually, and the other 8 are folded into a 255mg proprietary blend — so as of this writing, none of those 8 blended actives carry a stated individual milligram amount on Proco's current product listing:
Cognitive Support — 10 active ingredients (8 in a 255mg proprietary blend, 2 dosed individually):
Niacin (as niacinamide) · Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCl) · GABA · L-Tyrosine · Caffeine · Bacopa monnieri Extract (whole herb) · Phosphatidylserine 20% (sunflower) · Alpha GPC Powder · L-Theanine · Huperzine A 1% (whole herb)
The eight blend ingredients are undosed individually today — that's the design of a proprietary blend, which discloses only the combined total, not each ingredient's share. Proco has said elsewhere that closing that gap is in progress, starting with GABA. Niacin and Vitamin B6 sit outside the blend and are already dosed and labeled individually. So a customer reading Cognitive Support's label today knows exactly which 10 ingredients they're taking, has an exact number for 2 of them, and sees only the shared 255mg total for the other 8.
Individually listed and fully dosed aren't the same thing — Mind Lab Pro does both, for all 11 ingredients. Cognitive Support does both for 2 of its 10; the other 8 sit inside a proprietary blend that discloses only the combined total.
Where the two formulas actually overlap
Four ingredients appear on both labels: Bacopa monnieri, phosphatidylserine, L-theanine, and vitamin B6. Mind Lab Pro states a number for all four (150mg, 100mg, 100mg, and 2.5mg respectively). Cognitive Support does the same for vitamin B6, which is individually dosed outside its blend; for Bacopa monnieri, phosphatidylserine, and L-theanine — all three inside the 255mg proprietary blend — it does not, by design. A fifth ingredient is related but not identical — Proco lists plain L-Tyrosine, while Mind Lab Pro uses N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine (a more water-soluble form of the same amino acid) at 175mg.
Cognitive Support also includes five actives Mind Lab Pro's formula doesn't contain at all: caffeine, Alpha GPC, Huperzine A, GABA, and niacin. Mind Lab Pro, in turn, includes five actives not in Cognitive Support: citicoline (as Cognizin), Lion's Mane mushroom, Rhodiola Rosea, maritime pine bark extract, and the B9/B12 vitamin pair. Neither formula is a subset of the other — they're built around different, only partly-overlapping ingredient lists, which matters more than which one "wins" a disclosure contest on any single day.

The straight answer: if per-ingredient dose disclosure is the only thing you're screening for today, Mind Lab Pro's label currently gives you more of it. If you're weighing which specific ingredients you want — and at what convenience trade-off (1 capsule vs. 2) — the ingredient lists above are the actual, current comparison to work from. We'll update this post once Cognitive Support's doses are published.
