Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of procohq.com and shop.procohq.com and any purchase you make ("Services"), operated by Proco Technologies Limited ("Proco", "we", "us"). By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Shipping Policy.
- Eligibility. You must be able to form a binding contract and be of legal age in your location to purchase.
2. Our products. Proco sells evidence-first nutritional food supplements. Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith; minor variations in packaging or appearance may occur.
3. Orders and pricing. Prices and availability are shown at checkout and may change. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, due to a pricing error or suspected fraud) and will refund any payment taken for a cancelled order.
4. Subscriptions (Subscribe & Save). Subscription orders renew automatically at the price and interval shown when you subscribe, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, as easily as you signed up, in your account or by contacting johnny@procohq.com, effective before your next order is processed. By subscribing, you authorise us and our payment provider to charge your payment method for each order and renewal.
5. Shipping and returns. Governed by our Shipping Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Supplement disclaimer. Our supplements are food supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Statements have not been evaluated by the US Food and Drug Administration and are made in line with applicable EU and ASAI rules. Supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
7. Accounts and acceptable use. Keep your account details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Do not misuse the Services or provide false information.
8. SMS and marketing. If you opt in to text messages, you consent to receive them from Proco. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. We do not share your SMS consent with third parties for marketing.
9. Intellectual property. The Proco name, brand, content and website are owned by or licensed to Proco. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.
10. Disclaimers and liability. The Services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proco is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your non-excludable consumer rights.
11. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights and courts available to you where you live.
