Sleep Support
Winding down badly usually isn't one problem — it's a wired nervous system, a body that hasn't gotten the "it's night" signal, and a mind that won't quiet down, all at once. Sleep Support works on all three: magnesium citrate and Vitamin B6 help the body physically relax, 10mg of melatonin helps reset your sleep-wake clock, and a 14-ingredient botanical blend — chamomile, passion flower, lemon balm and more — supports the mental wind-down on top of that. It's Proco's broadest sleep formula: more angles worked at once, in exchange for not every one of those 14 botanicals being individually dosed yet (more on that below). Take two capsules 20–30 minutes before bedtime.*

What's in it, and why
Magnesium citrate & Vitamin B6 — support normal nervous system and muscle function, helping the body physically relax. The full magnesium evidence guide →
Melatonin (10mg) — regulates your natural sleep-wake cycle. Worth knowing: pooled trial data shows melatonin's effect on sleep onset peaks around 4mg, so this is a higher dose than the studied optimum, not dosed to match it. If you're new to melatonin at this dose, talk to your doctor first. The full dose-response evidence →
Chamomile, Passion Flower & Lemon Balm — traditional calming botanicals with real human trial records behind them, too. Chamomile has one of the longest controlled trials run on any herbal anxiolytic: a 26-week randomized, placebo-controlled trial in adults with generalized anxiety disorder, dosed at 1,500mg/day. Passion flower was tested head-to-head against a prescription anti-anxiety medication (oxazepam) over four weeks, with comparable symptom reduction and none of the performance impairment. Lemon balm's calming and memory effects were strongest at the top of the studied range, 1,600mg, in dose-response testing. These three sit inside the Sleep Formula Proprietary Blend below, so — like the rest of that blend — their individual amounts in Sleep Support aren't broken out on the label yet; the linked articles cover exactly what's been studied and at what dose. L-Theanine — supports calm without sedation. Does it make you tired, or just calm? →
A note on what's in the blend: beyond the ingredients above, this formula also includes GABA, 5-HTP, St. John's Wort and ashwagandha (listed on the label as the "Sleep Formula Proprietary Blend" — an internal label name only, not related to our separate Sleep Formula product). None of these four — or any of the other botanicals in that blend — are individually dosed on the label. We checked directly with our manufacturer in September 2026: individual milligram amounts for this blend aren't available to publish, so this isn't a gap we can close on the current formula. GABA → · 5-HTP → · St. John's Wort → · Ashwagandha →
Important: St. John's Wort in particular can interact with hormonal birth control, blood thinners, antidepressants and anti-rejection medication; 5-HTP can interact with antidepressants and other serotonin-affecting medications. If you take any prescription medication, talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking Sleep Support.
Why trust what's on this label: every one of the 14 botanicals in the Sleep Formula Proprietary Blend is named on the label — nothing is folded into an unlisted "proprietary blend" with hidden ingredients, even though the individual milligram amounts aren't broken out yet (see above). Every batch is third-party tested for identity and purity before it ships. And your first order is covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee: if Sleep Support isn't right for you, contact us within 90 days of delivery and we'll refund it, even if it's been opened and used.
Common questions
How is this different from Sleep Formula? Sleep Formula discloses every ingredient's exact dose and uses a lower, closer-to-studied-peak melatonin amount (2mg) — choose it if you want to know every number on the label. Sleep Support trades that individual-dose disclosure for a broader 14-ingredient botanical blend and a higher 10mg melatonin dose — choose it if you want the fuller botanical approach. One caution either way: don't take both the same night. Combined, that's 12mg of melatonin — roughly three times the ~4mg dose research suggests works best. How to choose between them →
Is 10mg of melatonin too much? It's above the dose where trials show the strongest effect on sleep onset (~4mg) — not unsafe on its own, but worth a doctor conversation if you're new to melatonin at this dose, and not something to stack with Sleep Formula the same night (see above). Full evidence →
Does it interact with any medications? Possibly — see the note above on St. John's Wort and 5-HTP specifically. Magnesium interactions →
