Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions. Subscribe & Save orders renew automatically. You can cancel at any time in your account or by contacting johnny@procohq.com; cancellation applies to future orders when made before your next order is processed.

 

Returns and refunds. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened consumable products cannot be returned except where faulty. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including any EU right of withdrawal that applies to you.

 

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

 

How to request. Email johnny@procohq.com with your order number. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
