Proco Supplements: Focus, Sleep, Stress and Mood

Everything for your brain. One company covering focus, sleep, stress and mood.

Proco makes five supplements: two for focus, two for sleep, and Magnesium Glycinate, which sits between sleep and stress. Below is what is in each one, what the label does and does not disclose, and the price. We also list the trade-offs we would rather you heard from us first.

Every order ships free within the US. Your first order is covered by a 90-day money-back guarantee, even if you have opened it.

These pages are written for US shoppers. Both of our sleep products contain melatonin, which is a prescription-only medicine in Ireland and the UK.

How to choose by goal

Honest notes before you buy

  1. Two of our blends do not disclose doses. Cognitive Support's eight blend ingredients and Sleep Support's 14 carry no individual amounts. Our manufacturer has told us these cannot be published, so we will not describe their size. How to read a supplement label explains why that matters.
  2. Cognitive Support's caffeine amount is not disclosed. If you track your daily caffeine, count it as an unknown, not zero. More in does Cognitive Support contain caffeine?
  3. Our omega-3 dose is modest. Each softgel gives 300mg of EPA and DHA combined; the label suggests two a day. A 2025 review of 58 trials modelled effects per 2,000mg a day.
  4. Our melatonin doses sit either side of the studied peak. A 2024 analysis of 26 randomised trials found melatonin's effect on sleep peaked at about 4mg a day. Sleep Formula's 2mg is below that. Sleep Support's 10mg is two and a half times above it.
  5. Never take Sleep Support and Sleep Formula together. That would be 12mg of melatonin in one night, three times the studied peak, plus overlapping ingredients. See which Proco products can be combined.
  6. Sleep Support contains St John's Wort. The US National Institutes of Health warns it can interact dangerously with many medicines, including birth control pills, warfarin, some antidepressants and some seizure and HIV medicines. It also contains 5-HTP and L-tryptophan. If you take any prescription medicine, talk to your doctor or pharmacist first. See Proco products and mental health medications.
