Proco (Proco Technologies Limited, trading as Proco, a private company limited by shares registered in Ireland under company number 670796, with its registered office at Orwell Road, Dublin, D06 HX54, Ireland) runs procohq.com and the shop at shop.procohq.com. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy, which means we decide how and why it is used. We have not appointed a data protection officer. For anything about your data, email hello@procohq.com.
We collect only what we need.
You choose what to give us. If you do not join the waitlist or buy something, we hold nothing about you beyond those technical logs and, if you accept them, analytics data.
Proco is not open to patients yet, so we do not collect health information through this website. Please do not send us any.
| What | Why | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| Waitlist email and country | To write to you about when and where Proco opens, and to decide which country to open in first | Your consent, which you can withdraw at any time |
| Shop orders | To take payment, deliver your order, handle returns and keep tax records | Contract, and legal obligation |
| Analytics and marketing cookies | To understand how the site is used, and to measure and target our advertising | Your consent through the cookie choice |
| Essential cookies and technical logs | To run the basket and checkout, deliver pages and keep the site secure | Legitimate interest (these cookies do not need consent) |
| Messages to hello@procohq.com | To reply to you | Legitimate interest, or steps you asked for before a contract |
We will only email you about the waitlist: when and where we open. We do not sell your data. If you accept marketing cookies, Google, Meta and Klaviyo may use them to measure and target our advertising and emails, as shown in the cookie table.
We use a small number of providers to run the site. They process data on our instructions and under data protection agreements.
Shopify also acts as an independent controller for some of its own processing, such as payment services and fraud checks, which its privacy policy describes. We may disclose data where the law requires it. We do not share your data with anyone else.
Both procohq.com and the shop at shop.procohq.com show a cookie banner (CookieYes), and analytics and marketing cookies load only after you accept them. If you decline, they stay off and the site works the same. You can change your choice through the cookie settings link or by clearing site data for procohq.com. Strictly necessary cookies, such as the shop basket, do not need consent.

| Data | How long |
|---|---|
| Waitlist email and country | Until Proco opens in your country or you ask us to delete them. We email you after 12 months to check you still want to hear from us, and we delete your details after 24 months without contact. |
| Shop orders and invoices | Six years, the period Revenue requires for business records |
| Messages to hello@procohq.com | 12 months after the last message |
| Analytics data | 14 months, the maximum Google Analytics allows |
When the period ends we delete the data or make it anonymous.
You can ask us to:
Email hello@procohq.com or use the unsubscribe link in any email. Withdrawing consent does not affect what we did before. We reply within one month, it is free, and we may ask you to confirm who you are first. We do not make decisions about you by automated means.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland (dataprotection.ie, 21 Fitzwilliam Square South, Dublin 2, D02 RD28), or to the Information Commissioner's Office if you live in the UK. We would like the chance to put it right first.
We limit access to the tools above to the people who need them, use two-factor sign-in where the provider offers it, and rely on the encryption and security standards of our providers. No online service is risk free. If a breach is likely to put you at risk, we will tell you and the Data Protection Commission as the law requires.
Some of our providers are based outside the EU and UK. Where your data goes to them, we rely on an adequacy decision (for example, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for certified providers) or the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. HubSpot stores waitlist data in its EU data centre.
The website is not for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has given us their details, email us and we will delete them.
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top and, for material changes, tell waitlist members by email.
