How it works and safety

How Proco will work, and how we keep it safe

A plain description of what will happen when we open, and the lines we will not cross.

Status: planning. This is how we intend to run the service. It describes the plan, not something you can book today.

What will happen, step by step

  1. You join the waitlist. We ask for your email and your country, nothing else. This is not a booking.
  2. We open in your country. Only once we have a licensed clinician registered to practise there and we understand the local rules. We will email you when that happens.
  3. You complete questionnaires. You give your consent and some background information before you meet the clinician. We will explain what we collect and why before you share any health details.
  4. You meet a licensed clinician online. They carry out the assessment and are responsible for the conclusion.
  5. You get a clear written outcome. It explains what the clinician decided and why.
  6. You get a sensible next step. That may be ongoing care with us where it is available and right for you, or a clear hand-over to your own doctor.

Our safety principles

A clinician is accountable

Every diagnosis and every treatment decision is made by a licensed clinician, never by software.

Software supports, never replaces

We use technology for booking, questionnaires and records. We do not use it to diagnose or to act as a therapist on its own.

Prescribing only by prescribers

Any medicine is prescribed by a licensed prescriber, in a service registered where the law requires it.

Plain about limits

We say clearly what we do not do yet, and we will correct this page when something changes.

What we will not do

  • We will not offer a diagnosis from an online quiz or from AI.
  • We will not run a prescription-only service with no clinician involved in your care.
  • We will not claim that our supplements treat, prevent or cure any condition. They are food supplements, sold separately from care.
  • We will not open in a country before we know the rules there.

If you need help now

Proco is not an emergency service and cannot help in a crisis. If you are in immediate danger or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line now, or go to your nearest emergency department.
