These Terms of Service govern your use of procohq.com, including purchasing supplement stacks, joining our support or premium membership, and participating in the member community. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use procohq.com.
Who we are. "Proco", "we", "us", and "our" mean Proco Technologies Limited, an Irish company (No. 670796) registered in Ireland.
Proco sells supplements formulated around published research, and provides educational information about the ingredients we use. We are not a medical service. Our products and content do not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Always consult a doctor or pharmacist before starting, stopping, or changing any supplement, medication, or treatment.
Proco is a direct-to-consumer supplement brand. We sell evidence-dosed supplement stacks for weight, metabolic, cardiovascular, and muscle health, and we publish the research behind our formulations on our ingredient and nutrition pages. We also offer a paid membership with additional content and a member community.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By creating one, you confirm that you meet that age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Tell us immediately at hello@procohq.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
One account per person. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account.
Proco sells physical supplement products through procohq.com and offers optional paid memberships ("support" and "premium" tiers) with additional content and community access. Pricing is shown on the site at the time of purchase and may vary by region.
All payments — one-time orders and recurring memberships — are processed by Stripe. Proco does not receive or store your full card details; Stripe handles payment collection and shares with us only what's needed to confirm your order or manage your subscription. Memberships auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You can manage your membership, including cancellation and payment method, from your account or the billing portal linked from your account page.
Free trials, where offered, convert to paid memberships at the end of the trial unless cancelled before the trial ends.
You can cancel your membership at any time from your account or billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then.
For physical product orders, contact hello@procohq.com to request a return or refund. We handle refund requests directly rather than through a third party.
EU 14-day right of withdrawal: if you are in the EU, you have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days for a full refund under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). For physical products this runs from the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the goods; for memberships, the right of withdrawal does not apply once you have started using the paid features with your consent (Article 16(m)).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
You retain ownership of the posts and replies you submit to the member community. You grant Proco a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to display and distribute that content within the community as part of operating the service.
You are responsible for content you post. We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.
Everything else — the website, the brand, our product formulations, and the curated ingredient research we publish — is owned by Proco or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You get a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use procohq.com for your own non-commercial purposes while your account is active.
"Proco" and the Proco logo are trademarks of Proco Technologies Limited. You may not use them without our written permission.
The educational information Proco publishes about our ingredients is for informational purposes only. It is based on summaries of published scientific research available as of the date it was written. Research changes; new findings emerge; individual responses vary.
Specifically:
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription medication, managing a chronic condition, or considering supplementation for a child, talk to your doctor or pharmacist before starting any Proco product or relying on any information we publish.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proco's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of procohq.com or our products is limited to the greater of: (a) the amount you have paid Proco in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) $120.
Proco is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation).
You agree to defend and indemnify Proco against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from: (a) your misuse of procohq.com in breach of these terms, (b) your violation of any law or third-party right, or (c) your reliance on Proco's published content to make medical or treatment decisions without consulting a qualified healthcare professional.
You can stop using Proco at any time. Email hello@procohq.com to request account deletion — your data is erased within 30 days as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or if continued service would expose Proco to legal risk. We will give reasonable notice where practical.
Sections 6 (Your content licence), 7 (Our IP), 8 (Medical disclaimer), 9 (Liability), 10 (Indemnity), 12 (Changes), and 13 (Governing law) survive termination.
If we materially change these terms, we will email you and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of procohq.com after the change takes effect means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, you may delete your account.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ireland, except that EU consumers retain the right to bring claims in the courts of their country of residence under EU consumer protection law.
